30 years ago, I was standing on the other side of the stage, being a laureate myself, in the middle of the exciting times of Flanders Technology at Expo Gent. My current business partner and co-founder of AG Solution, Guy D’Haese, was my mentor at that time.

Guy and I started AG Solution 11 years ago.
Today, our company is a fast- growing European SME with 100 co-workers in 6 branches.

Our first important pillar is vision. Right from the start, Guy & I had a clear vision about why we needed to start a new company. At that time, long before Industry 4.0 was invented, we already realized the importance of software, big data and even more the intelligent application of this data. We are front runners in proven technology, not adventurers.

Our second pillar is talent. We look for talent, we develop talent and we create a framework where we can create possibilities for our talented co-workers. The AG Academy, our internal educational institution, is a brilliant tool to achieve this.

The success of AG Solution is built upon the combination of vision and talent, combined with long term partnerships with engineers, customers & suppliers.
