How do we see your role in AG Solution?

As Finance & Administrative professional within our Belgian branch, you are part of the administrative team in which you are responsible for various financial, accounting and administrative tasks in Belgium and possibly in other entities of the group.

• You are the contact person for the external accountant and take care of monthly and annual closing
• You assist in the consolidation of the global numbers of the group
• Monthly follow-up and check of expenses made by our commercial and technical people 
• You are the point-of-contact for the project leaders to supply them (financial) information
• Collect financial information and upload it in our online accounting-platform
• Contact for our clients when it concerns delivery notes, orders, invoicing
• Purchasing of commodities with reception and check of delivery notes
• You work from our Belgian office in Antwerp

The ‘wishlist’ for a Finance & Administrative professional :

• You hold a Bachelor degree (administrative or economical degree) or relevant experience 
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
• Experience in Accountancy
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (knowledge of other European languages like Spanish, French, German,.. is a plus)
• You take the lead on financial tasks and assist your colleagues when necessary  
• You work very accurately and are aware of the importance of the correctness and confidentiality of the data you deal with
• You are communicative and you like to work independently as well as in a team
• You gladly use your experience and commitment within our flexible and informal working environment
• Based in Belgium or willing to relocate and willing to travel to Europe when needed
