To further expand our team in Antwerp and assist our higher management, we are looking for a Management Assistant, a real jack-of-all-trades.

It's you we are looking for!

• Min 5 years of experience in a similar role, assisting multiple managers at the same time
• Fluent in Dutch & English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus
• Taking care of people is your second nature
• Organizational talent with a positive mindset
• Pro-activity & ownership are key in this role
• Proficient with MS Office
• Time management is one of your best practices and resilience is your middle name
  

Your basket of responsibilities?

• Support our higher management in day-to-day operations
• Office management & facilities of our brand new offices in Antwerp
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations & review existing presentations on layout
• Organize meetings & prepare meeting minutes
• Check existing technical documentation and correct where needed
• Providing support during preparation & organization of commercial events
• Assist on the organizational part of the technical introduction for new employees
