Operations assistant

AG Solution is one of the most exciting companies in Spain or even in Europe as we are also growing in France, Germany, Ukraine and Belgium.

To further expand our team in Barcelona and assist our higher management, we are looking for an Operations Assistant.

Who exactly are we looking for?

  • Min 2 years of experience in a similar role, or min. 2 year of experience in an assistant position accompanied by a very strong affinity for technology
  • Fluent in Spanish & English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus
  • A team player
  • Good sense of organisation and procedures with a positive mindset
  • Someone with a strong attention to detail & eye for quality
  • Proficient with MS Office, knowledge of Visio
  • Time management is one of your best practices and you’re good at handling a stressful situation

Main responsibilities

  • Support our higher management in day-to-day operations
  • Assist on our internal projects, including testing& implementation
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations & review existing presentations on layout
  • Organise meetings & prepare meeting minutes
  • Supporting our PMO-team
  • Check existing technical documentation and correct where needed
  • Prepare & review procedures
  • Providing support during preparation & organisation of commercial events
  • Assist on the organisational part of the technical introduction for new employees
