SLA 24/7 Pan European service contract

Cargill started a “Service Level Agreement” with AG Solution for its main grinding plants within Europatt Nutrition. Together with AG Solution it was presented how the validation of the OSIsoft PI system was carried out at the Abbott plant in Granada.

This Service is executed by experienced Senior Software Engineers, daily active in projects.  This ensures high quality and safety during interventions.
