A top F&B global player’s cocoa and chocolate division operates more than 20 production plants worldwide, each with its own workflows, legacy systems, and local optimizations. AG Solution spearheaded the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) digital transformation by developing a structured yet adaptable framework for implementing and managing MES systems.
